Unwrap March Madness Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
UNWRAP MARCH MADNESS SWEEPSTAKES ONLY OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

Timing :
UNWRAP MARCH MADNESS SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS JANUARY 16, 2009 AND ENDS JULY 31, 2009.

How to enter:
Look for a game piece inside specially marked standard size candy bars of HERSHEY’S, HERSHEY’S with Almonds, REESE’S, ALMOND JOY, KIT KAT and PAYDAY, available at participating stores (while supplies last).  Not all products and package sizes may participate in all areas.  Gently open wrapper to reveal the game piece with the Region and Seed information printed inside the wrapper.  Collect the four seeds that advance to the 2009 Men’s NCAA Final Four representing each Region to be eligible to enter the random Prize Drawing (e.g., if the four number one seeds advance to the 2009 NCAA Final Four®, you must collect the number one seed from each Region).  Once the four (4) seeds have been identified, if you have the correct seed in each Region, send in your four wrappers/game pieces to receive one (1) entry into the random prize drawing.  To request four (4) free game pieces, while supplies last, mail a hand-printed 3”x5” card with your full name and complete address including zip code and mail in a first-class stamped envelope, postmarked no later than July 31, 2009, to be received by August 7, 2009 to: HERSHEY’S/NCAA® Basketball “Unwrap March Madness” Sweepstakes Game Piece Request, P.O. Box 750086, El Paso, TX 88575-0086.  Limit one (1) request (four game pieces) per stamped outer envelope.  To submit your game pieces for entry into the sweepstakes, retain a photocopy of wrappers/game pieces, attach original wrappers/game pieces to a 3”x5” card with your full name, complete street address (no PO Boxes), date of birth, and daytime phone number neatly printed in ink.  Mail completed 3”x5” card with firmly attached original wrappers/game pieces to: HERSHEY’S/NCAA® Basketball “Unwrap March Madness” Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 1299, Young America, MN 55594-1299.  All entries must be received by August 28, 2009.  No facsimiles, copies or reproductions accepted.  Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.  All entries subject to verification by an independent judging organization.  The Hershey Company (“Sponsor”) is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, mutilated, separated, incomplete, illegible, postage due, or misdirected game piece requests, entries or mail.

Prize (s):

Four (4) Grand Prizes.  Each Grand Prize consists of a trip for winner and one (1) guest to the 2010 Men’s or Women’s NCAA Final Four® Tournament.  Prize includes double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations for winner and one (1) guest for three (3) nights, two (2) tickets to their choice of the 2010 NCAA Men’s or Women’s Final Four Tournament, and $500 spending money (payable to winner in the form of a check). Approximate retail value (ARV): $5,000.00 each.

Twenty (20) First Prizes.  Each First Prize consists of a Visa Gift Card.  ARV $2,500.00 each.
