Eligibility :
Underworld: Rise of the Lycans Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 49 United States (void in Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia over the age of 18 at the time of entry who have access to the Internet at all times during the Sweepstakes and subsequent prize-award period.
Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. PDT on October 24, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PST on November 24, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
How to enter:
During the Sweepstakes Period, users may submit an entry form online at www.fandango.com/sweepstakes/underworld3 (the “Sweepstakes Site”) in accordance with the instructions set forth on the Sweepstakes Site. The information required on the online form on the Sweepstakes Site is first and last name, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, date of birth, gender and e-mail address.
Limit:
Limit one entry per person/per e-mail address/per household during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize (s):
Only one Grand Prize will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of: roundtrip economy (coach) class airfare for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport near the Grand Prize winner’s hometown to Los Angeles, CA (ARV $1,400.00 (USD)); two (2) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy; room and room tax only) at a hotel in Los Angeles, CA (ARV $600.00 (USD)); $200 cash gift card (ARV $200.00 (USD)), and if a premiere screening of the movie Underworld: Rise of the Lycans is held in Los Angeles at the time of the Grand Prize winner’s travel, the winner shall receive two passes (for the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest) to attend such premiere. If a premiere does not take place, the travel portion of the Grand Prize shall constitute the Grand Prize awarded in this Sweepstakes.
