Eligibility : The Ultimate Fishing Getaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, as of the date of entry and who are registered members of ESPN.com.
Promotion Period : Consumers will be eligible to participate between 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 4/1/10 and 11:59 PM ET on 4/30/10 (the “Promotion Period”).
How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes, if you are already a member, log onto Bassmaster.com, click on the link for “Ultimate Fishing Getaway” Sweepstakes and follow the instructions.
Limit : There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, per household and per email address per day for the duration of the Promotion Period regardless of the method of entry.
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize consists of round-trip coach airfare for the winner and 4-day/3-night standard double occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room) and ground transportation to/from the airport/hotel, for winner to join an ESPN Outdoors staff member for two (2) days of fishing. One day will consist of one day on the lake of freshwater fishing. The second day will consist one day of salt water fishing. Actual date and location of event is to be determined depending on ESPN schedule and in its sole discretion. Grand Prize includes two hundred and fifty dollars ($250) for additional spending money. A day on the lake includes a minimum of four (4) hours on the water with an ESPN Outdoors employee. ESPN Outdoors will work with winner to plan and facilitate the winner’s itinerary. Winner must be available on date chosen. For trip elements that cannot be purchased/booked directly by ESPN Outdoors, the balance of the prize will be awarded in cash. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize not to exceed: $2,500.
