How To Enter : To enter fill out an online entry form at http://treehousevitamins.com/contests/back-to-school during the promotion period (between 12:00:00 am ET on August 1, 2014 and 11:59:59 pm ET on October 31, 2014 ) to receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes. Limit of one (1) entry per person per day.
Eligibility : Open to all persons residing in all of the states in the United States of America who have reached the age of twenty-one (21) years or older, and the provinces and territories of Canada, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of the first day of the Contest Period.
Prizes :
Two (2) grand prize winners will each receive :
• Round trip economy airfare for four (4) people from a Canadian gateway where and when Sunwing Airlines operates in the case of the Canadian prize, or a US gateway in the case of the US prize (to be used by the grand prize winner and his or her guest(s), which shall include at least two (2) custodial parents or legal guardians, and a maximum of two (2) children, who must be 0–12 years of age at the time of travel) to one of the following luxury resorts:
– Royalton Punta Cana Resort & Casino (Dominican Republic)
– Royalton White Sands Montego Bay (Jamaica)
