Eligibility :
OPEN ONLY TO PERMANENT LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 STATES OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (”U.S.A.”) AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (”D.C.”), 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

Timing :
The entry period for The Young and the Restless Wedding of a Lifetime in Las Vegas Contest begins at 12:00:00 p.m. noon Pacific Time (”PT”) on March 9, 2009, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on April 13, 2009 (”Contest Period”).

How to enter:
In order to enter the Contest, access the website located at www.theyoungandtherestless.com/lasvegaswedding (”Website”) and, follow the online instructions to complete and thereafter submit the Contest entry form (”Contest Entry”).

Limit:
Limit one (1) Contest Entry per couple (Contestant and his/her significant other) during the Contest Period.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize winner will receive a trip to Las Vegas, NV for the Grand Prize winner and his/her significant other, as named in Grand Prize winner’s Contest Entry, and up to two (2) guests consisting of:  round-trip coach-class air transportation from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize winner’s residence in the 50 states of the U.S.A. or D.C. to Las Vegas; hotel accommodations for four (4) nights (up to three rooms, junior suite accommodations) at The Signature at MGM Grand; ground transportation to/from the airport in Las Vegas and The Signature at MGM Grand in an MGM Grand limousine; VIP tickets for up to four to Cirque du Soleil’s “O” at Bellagio; Couple’s Dreaming Ritual signature spa treatment in an MGM Grand private spa suite for the Grand Prize winner and his/her significant other; and $1000 spending money awarded in the form of a check made out to Grand Prize winner.  Grand Prize winner will also receive a wedding, vow renewal, or commitment ceremony and celebration, witnessed by cast members of The Young and the Restless (to be determined at Sponsor’s sole direction) consisting of: a wedding location at The Signature at MGM Grand; floral arrangements from the Forever Grand Wedding Chapel at MGM Grand; music for the ceremony provided by musicians from Cirque du Soleil’s “O” at Bellagio; a photography package for the ceremony and dinner; dinner for six at Joël Robuchon (alcohol not included); a hand-made wedding cake from MGM Grand’s Executive Pastry Chef Carlos Salazar; wedding attire including a wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses or tuxedo rentals for Grand Prize winner, Grand Prize winner’s significant other and up to two (2) guests; custom hair and make up from Cristophe Salon at MGM Grand for bride, groom and up to two guests- from celebrity stylist Cristophe; and wedding bands (plain band/modest setting) for the Grand Prize winner and his/her significant other.  Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”) of Grand Prize: $20,000.00.

Up to Twenty-four (24) Semifinalist Prizes:  All Semifinalists not advancing to either Finalist and/or Grand Prize status will receive one (1) Young and the Restless merchandise prize pack consisting of  select Young and the Restless merchandise which may include a T-shirt, hat, and/or mug (”Y&R Prize Pack”) (ARV: $30.00).

Total ARV of all prizes:
$20,720.00
