Eligibility :
Sweepstakes is offered only to legal residents of the United States (the 50 United States and District of Columbia, excluding Puerto Rico) and Canada, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry

Timing :
Beginning 12:00 a.m. EST May 12th, 2008 and ending by 11:59 p.m. EST on June 30th, 2008.

How to Enter :
Log on to www.spyoptic.com to complete an official entry form and sent it electronically  Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST on June 30th, 2008.  In order for electronic entries to be valid, entrants must click on the “I Accept” button on the website.

Limit :
Limit 1 entry per person or e mail address.

Prize (s):
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will receive an all expenses paid 6 day, 5 night trip to Spy Boot Camp in San Diego, CA.  Approximate value is $5,000
