Stride Rock Band 2 Xbox Play and Win Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
This Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States (includes the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Timing :
This Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 A.M. Pacific Time (PT) on October 17, 2008, and ends at 11:59 P.M. PT on October 19, 2008 (“Entry Period”).

How to enter:

To enter online, you must have access to an Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system, and the Rock Band 2 video game, and be an Xbox LIVE® Gold membership in good standing. Once you have verified that you meet these system requirements, you must do all of the following:

Register via Xbox LIVE Marketplace by downloading the free Stride / Rock Band 2Xbox Play and Win Registration Gamer Picture (“Gamer Picture”) before the close of the Entry Period on October 19, 2008.  To download the Gamer Picture:

1. Sign in to Xbox LIVE and access the Xbox LIVE Marketplace,
2. Select “Game Store”,
3. Select “Themes & Gamer Pictures”,
4. Select “All Gamer Pictures”,
5. Select “Stride / Rock Band 2”,
6. Select “Stride / Rock Band 2Xbox Play and Win Registration Gamer Picture” from the list of available content and select “Confirm Download”.
7. Upon the successful completion of the Gamer Picture download players will see a “Stride / Rock Band 2 Xbox Play and Win Registration Gamer Picture downloaded” message.

NOTE: Users may also access the free Stride / Rock Band 2Xbox Play and Win Registration Gamer Picture via the banner ads running on the Xbox LIVE dashboard.

You must register for the Sweepstakes using the same Xbox LIVE gamertag that you will use to play Rockband multiplayer sessions on the Xbox LIVE service. Please be sure that your Xbox LIVE account membership information including e-mail address, mailing address and phone is correct and current. You can update your gamer profile information as described below.

Updating Account Information (example for e-mail):
You can verify/update your profile information via your account profile on Xbox.com or through the Xbox Dashboard:

1. From the Xbox Dashboard:
   1. From the Xbox Dashboard, select “Marketplace Blade/Screen”.
   2. Select “Account Management”.
   3. Select “Contact Information”.
   4. Enter your account e-mail and password, and then select “Sign In”.
   5. E-mail address is located on the Contact Information screen.
2. Via Xbox.com:
   1. Go to http://live.xbox.com/en-US/default.aspx.
   2. Sign in to Xbox using your Windows Live ID account email and password.
   3. Select “Manage Profile” on your “My Xbox” Home Page.
   4. Select “Billing and Contact Information”.
   5. Update your Profile Information and then select “Save”.

During the Entry Period, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes drawing when you log in to the Xbox LIVE service on an Xbox 360 system and play a Rock Band 2 multiplayer session on the Xbox LIVE service.

To enter by U.S. mail without registering online or playing the Stride / Rock Band 2 game on the Xbox LIVE service, hand-print your first and last name, address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, e-mail address (if any) on a 3×5 piece of paper and mail it to:

Prize (s):

Grand Prize:A trip for winner and three (3) guests to the Rock Band Live Tour event in Houston, TX, and the opportunity to play Rock Band 2 onstage during intermission. Trip includes:

• Round trip coach airfare from major airportclosest to winner’s home for winner and guests.
• Two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (two people per room) in Los Angeles, CA, or nearby vicinity.
• Admissionfor winner and guests to the Rock Band Live Tour event on November 14, 2008 (If the event is cancelled for any reason, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner other than to provide the travel portion of the prize minus the opportunity to attend event.
• Transportation for winner and guests to and from the hotel/airport.
