Eligibility :
The Spike TV Follow the Evidence to New York Contest is open to U.S. residents who are 21 years of age or older residing in the campaign markets

Timing :
The Spike TV Follow the Evidence to New York Contest will begin at 9:00am EST on Monday, February 9, 2009 and end at 12:00pm EST on Monday, March 2, 2009.

How to enter:
To participate in the contest participants may enter on-line only at www.SpikeNYC.com and fill-out and submit the entry form.

Limit:
Limit one (1) entry per person and/or e-mail address per day.

Prize (s):

There will be one Grand Prize awarded. Winner may select one (1) of the following two (2) prize options:

1. A four day/three-night trip for two (2) includes round-trip coach air transportation from the major airport closest to winner’s residence to New York, NY, three nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy), dinner for two at a New York City restaurant, behind-the-scenes tour of CBS Studios in New York, $100 gift card, CBS gift package and all taxes related to accommodations and airfare. The approximate value of the prize is $3,000.

2. A $2,000 check
