How To Enter : You may enter the Sweepstakes in one of three (3) ways: (1) In-store Entry: Completely fill out an official entry form found at any participating Guitar Center location and deposit it in the designated in-store entry box provided during the Sweepstakes Period; (2) Online Entry: go to www.guitarcenter.com and completely fill out the online entry form and submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions during the Sweepstakes Period; or (3) Mail-In Entry: Obtain and completely fill out an official entry form found at all participating Guitar Center locations or legibly hand-print your first and last name, address (including zip code), age, and day and evening phone numbers on a 3″ x 5″ card and then mail the completed entry form or the card in a stamped envelope to: Guitar Center’s Soundgarden’s Superunknown 20th Anniversary Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 5111, Thousand Oaks, CA 91359-5111. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2014 and received no later than May 5, 2014. On-line entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on April 30, 2014. In-Store entries must be received by close of business on April 30, 2014.
Eligibility : This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and possessions and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
Timing : This Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. (Pacific Time [“PT”]) on April 1, 2014, and ends at 11:59 p.m. (PT) on April 30, 2014 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : One entry per person (“Entrant”), regardless of means of entry used. One entry per envelope.

The Concert includes a meet and greet with Soundgarden.
