Eligibility : Silk Soy Milk Million Hearts Challenge is open to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18 years or older at the time of entry, and who have a valid email address. Void outside the United States and where otherwise prohibited by law.
Promotion Period : The Silk Soy Milk Million Hearts Challenge (the “Sweepstakes”) starts on or about 12:00:01 PM EST on September 1st, 2009 and ends on or about 11:59:59 AM EST on December 31st, 2009. (The “Sweepstakes Period “).
How To Enter : To enter, go online to www.SilkSoymilk.com (the “Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the instructions provided to complete the online entry form and (optional) upload a photo of yourself (“Photo”) to be displayed on the Website.
Prize (s):
The secondary prize is valued at $100 US and will be an American Express Gift Card. Gift cards are subject to terms, conditions and restrictions as stated thereon. There will be one (1) Secondary Prize per day for one hundred and twenty-two (122) days.
There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won in this Sweepstakes. The Potential Grand Prize Winner can choose from one (1) of five (5) different trips, as provided by Sponsor, – California Bike Tour, Vermont Ski Vacation, Colorado White Water Rafting Adventure, Utah Hiking Adventure or a Florida Health and Wellness Weekend. Each Grand Prize consists of round-trip, coach class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and five (5) guests from a major commercial airport near winner’s home within the U.S. to one of the five grand prize trip destination cities as chosen by Grand Prize Winner; three (3) double occupancy standard hotel rooms for two (2) nights / three (3) days; (pending chosen trip) a themed activity for Grand Prize Winner and guests, to be determined by Sponsor, and $500 spending money per guest (total of 6 people), $3000 total.
