The contest period started on September 8, 2014 at 12:00AM ET and is ending on September 29, 2014 at 11:59 PM ET.
How To Enter
Go to http://news.iheart.com/go/contests/erieinsurance/, enter your email address and click “ENTER” to continue. Complete the entry form on the next page including your name, email address, gender, date of birth and zip code. Then, click “Submit” when you are done completing the entry form to receive one (1) contest entry.
Limit
Limited to one (1) contest entry per day during the contest period.
Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Grand Prize
Only one (1) winner shall win a Flyaway Package to New York City which include the following:
- Round-trip domestic airfare for winner and guest between the major metropolitan airport nearest prize winner’s primary residence and to destination airport;
- Two (2) nights standard double occupancy hotel accommodations at destination;
- Round-trip ground transportation to and from the hotel and airport at destination only;
- Two (2) tickets to an exclusive performance at the iHeartRadio Theater in New York City TBD;
- One (1) $500.00 American Express Gift Card.
Total overall approximate retail value of the prize is $5,000.00.
