Radio Disney Ultimate Rock Star Flyaway Sweepstakes Rules

Eligibility : The Radio Disney Ultimate Rock Star Flyaway Sweepstakes is open to anyone 16 years of age or younger who is a legal resident of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. (”Territory”).

Promotion Period : Period commencing at 4:00PM., August 24, 2009, and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., September 29, 2009 (”Term”)

Limit : Regardless of method of Entry and whether one person has more than one Address / Cell Phone Number or more than one person use the same Address / Cell Phone Number, only one (1) On-line Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirty-seven (37) entries per entrant during the Term); only one (1) SMS Text Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirty-seven (37) entries per entrant during the Term); and only one (1) On-air Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirty-seven (37) entries per entrant during the Term). However, only one method of Entry is permitted each Day.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The winner of the Sweepstakes (”Winner”) will receive a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for eight (8) persons (Winner, two Parent / Legal Guardians, and five other guests) (”Group”) to Los Angeles, CA (”City”) in a private jet (”Private Jet”). Here they will attend an exclusive performance by Selena Gomez & the Scene (”Artist Performance”). The Grand Prize consists of the following elements: [1] hotel accommodations for the Group (two standard rooms, quadruple occupancy) for two (2) nights in the City; [2] round-trip limousine transfers between the hotel and the Artist Performance; [3] one (1) Meet and Greet with the Artist for the Group; [4] if the Winner resides more than 250 miles from the City, round-trip air transportation for the Group on a Private Jet between an airport near the Winner’s residence (”airport of origin”) and an airport near the City; and [5] round-trip car service transfers between the airport and hotel in the City. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize package: $55,000
