I’m thinking how wonderful it would be for me to surprise my husband with this trip to THE TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF TOURNAMENT. I’ve been a stay at home mom for about 5 years now and it has been rough at times being a one income household. Because I don’t have a my own income and it would be nice to have something to give to him for a change. He loves golf, he is a hard worker, great husband and father and deserves it!! My husband loves the game of golf. But with just one income (his) coming in so that I can pursue my career in the medical field, its hard for him to go and play the game. This would mean so much to me to give him a chance to go and see an actual tournament instead of watching it on t.v. He has given up alot so that I can go to school. This, no doubt would be a dream of a life time for my husband. He is unselfish in every thing he does for his family, our needs comes first in his eyes. This man rocks my world. my husban loves the game of golf, and his favorite golfer is tom watson. love to catch it and play it. he would be sooooooo thrilled to be there and watch it in person!
We started golfing about 6 years ago, and have been hooked ever since. Since retiring we try to play as often as we can, but my husband is a heart patient with all the aches and pains that come with the meds, along with being on a ‘fixed’ income, which only allows so much actual playing time. Being in Atlanta and watching a live ‘real’ game instead of watching from his recliner would be a thrill, as well as being GREAT birthday presents for each of us. Just think, we could be sitting on that golf course ON my birthday. I’ve never submitted a contest entry, but this one is toooo good to pass up. Hope our ‘golf God’ is pulling for us!!
