Eligibility :
Open to legal residents of the United States (except CALIFORNIA, UTAH, TENNESSEE AND PUERTO RICO AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW, REGULATION, RULE OR OTHERWISE), 21 years of age or older as of date of entry.

Timing :
Sweepstakes will run from 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on May 5, 2008 through 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on July 5, 2008.

How to Enter :
To enter, follow the links at http://www.maxim.com to the contests page to reach the official entry form.  Then fill in your name, home address, e-mail address, and date of birth and hit the SEND button.

Limit :
Only one entry per person and per e-mail address will be accepted.

Prize (s):
Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize Winner will receive a “Perfect Escape” three day / two night trip for two to a mystery Caribbean destination (to be selected within the sole and absolute discretion of Sweepstakes Entities).  Prize includes roundtrip coach airfare for two (airline to be selected within the sole and absolute discretion of Sweepstakes Entities) from the US gateway airport closest to the winner’s home, accommodations for two nights (double occupancy) at a hotel to be selected and determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sweepstakes Entities, and ground transportation between the airport and hotel.
