Nivea Hugs & Kisses Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The Nivea Hugs & Kisses Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous states in the United States and the District of Columbia who, at the time of entry, are eighteen (18) years of age or over the age of majority in their place of residence, whichever is greater, and have Internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period. (Residents of Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible to participate.)

Timing :
The Nivea Hugs & Kisses Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on January 2, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on February 15, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to enter:
To enter the Sweepstakes, visit www.NIVEAusa.com/xoxo and follow the online instructions for entry. Follow the instructions provided for online entry and complete in full and transmit the online entry form, which must include, at a minimum, your name, address, e-mail address and age eligibility. After submitting the required information on the online entry form, an eligible entrant will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit:
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of the manner in which the entrant obtains online access to the Sweepstakes

Prize (s):

One (1) prize to be awarded: A trip to London, England for the winner and a guest to attend a Lionel Richie concert on his European tour. Winner and guest will attend a concert on April 4, 2009 at the O2 Arena in London, England and will have the opportunity to “meet and greet” Mr. Richie at the concert venue. Approximate retail value of prize: $4,500. The trip includes roundtrip coach air transportation for winner and guest from a major commercial airport near winner’s city of residence within the forty-eight (48) contiguous states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) to an airport near the destination concert venue; three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy) at a hotel selected by NIVEA; two (2) passes to the April 4, 2009 concert; a “meet and greet” with Mr. Richie at a time and location in or near the concert venue convenient for Mr. Richie as determined by NIVEA, subject to Mr. Richie’s schedule and availability; ground transportation to and from the concert venue; and cash or vouchers in the amount of $500.00 for meals.
