How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period visit nbc.com/WIN (the “Website”), click on the Sweepstakes icon or text link, either of which will take you to the Sweepstakes home page, and follow the onscreen instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form which includes your first and last name, complete address (including zip code), birth date, telephone number (including area code), gender and email address (“Entry”).
Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
Timing : TurboTax Getting It Done Right In Salem Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on January 17, 2012 at 11:00 AM PT and end on February 29, 2012 at 11:59 PM PT (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : You may enter one (1) time per day for a total of forty-four (44) Entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize (s) :
There will be one (1) Prize awarded to Winner consisting of a three (3) day, two (2) night trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Los Angeles, CA (the “Trip”) to tour the set of Days of our Lives(“Set Visit”). The Trip includes the following elements, all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion: 1) round-trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major U.S. gateway airport near Winner’s residence to one (1) of the major airports near Los Angeles, CA; 2) two (2) nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) at the a hotel chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion; and 3) round-trip ground transportation to Set Visit and the hotel. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of the Prize is three thousand dollars ($3,000).
