Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol Sweepstakes

How To Enter : Visit missionimpossible.mtv.com, a website owned and controlled by VMN (the “Website”) to watch the “Mission: Impossible — Ghost Protocol” trailer and answer four (4) motion picture-related trivia questions (the “Trivia Questions”).

Eligibility : This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, except for residents of Alaska, Florida, Hawaii and New York who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Timing : The “Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) commences at 12:01:01 PM (ET) on December 12, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on December 26, 2011 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Entrants may enter as many times as they wish.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip with stops in Budapest, Hungary, Moscow, Russia and Dubai, UAE which includes: (i) round trip economy class airfare for two (2) (Grand Prize Winner plus his/her guest) from a major commercial airport within the contiguous United States nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined solely by Sponsor) to: Budapest, Hungary; then from Budapest, Hungary to Moscow, Russia; then from Moscow Russia to Dubai, UAE; and lastly, from Dubai, UAE back to a major commercial airport in the contiguous United States nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined solely by Sponsor), (ii) round trip ground transportation for two (2) (Grand Prize Winner plus his/her guest) via private sedan service to/from the airport and hotel including meet & greet service in each destination (Budapest, Hungary; Moscow, Russia and Dubai, UAE), (iii) three (3) night hotel accommodations for two (2) (Grand Prize Winner plus his/her guest) in each city on the itinerary (Budapest, Hungary; Moscow, Russia and Dubai, UAE) which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included), (iv) two (2) four (4) hour tours (for Grand Prize Winner plus his/her guest) with private guide and ground transportation (to and from Sponsor-selected tours, when applicable, at Sponsor’s sole discretion) to popular tourist locations in each of the cities (Budapest, Hungary; Moscow, Russia and Dubai, UAE) on the itinerary and (v) $2,700 USD spending allowance ($150 per person, per day) (for Grand Prize Winner plus his/her guest) given in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner (the “Grand Prize”).  The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $15,998.00
