Eligibility :
Open to legal residents of the United States with a valid United States passport who are 21 years of age or older as of date of entry. Persons in the following categories are not eligible to participate or win a prize: (a) Employees of Dennis Publishing, Inc., Dennis Digital, Inc., and Russian Standard Vodka (USA), Inc., (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”) or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising, promotion and publicity agencies; (b) principals, employees and representatives of suppliers, wholesalers and retailers of alcohol beverage products; (c) employees of beverage alcohol regulatory agencies; (d) members of the immediate family or household of any person in the preceding categories. All federal, state and local laws and regulations of the United States apply. Sweepstakes is void in CA and TN and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. In the event that the Sweepstakes is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to discontinue or modify the Sweepstakes, or to disqualify participants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, Sweepstakes Entities shall have no liability to any entrants who are disqualified due to such an action. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Entities, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters. Grand Prize Winner and guest must be available to travel on any dates selected within the sole and absolute discretion of the Sweepstakes Entities pursuant to two weeks’ advance notice.

Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize Winner will receive a four day / three night trip for two to St. Petersburg, Russia to attend the Miss Russia Pageant. Prize includes roundtrip coach airfare for two (airline to be selected within the sole and absolute discretion of Sweepstakes Entities) from the US gateway airport closest to the winner’s home, ground transportation to and from the U.S. airport, accommodations for three nights (double occupancy) at a hotel to be selected and determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sweepstakes Entities, ground transportation between the airport and hotel, a “VIP” night out with Maxim and Russian Standard, and two tickets to the Miss Russia Pageant in December 2008.
