All legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18 years and older as of time of entry, are eligible to enter the Long John Silver’s Beach Ready Instant Win Game & Sweepstakes
Timing :
Long John Silver’s Beach Ready Instant Win Game & Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) starts 2/9/09 at 12:00:01 A.M., ET and ends 5/8/09 at 11:59:59 A.M, ET (“Promotion Period”).
How to enter:
Instant Win Game : Visit www.ljsbeachready.com (“website”), register by entering and submitting all of the requested information, e.g., your first and last name, email address, complete street address, date of birth, and answering the survey questions. After you have successfully registered, you will receive on-screen instructions on how to play the Game. You will be immediately notified if you are a potential Game Prize Winner, pending verification of your Game Play.
Sweepstakes : Each day during the Promotion Period that you play the Instant Win Game, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the then current Periodic Sweepstakes.

A maximum of One Thousand One Hundred Twenty Five (1,125) Game Prizes, as described below, are available to be won throughout the Promotion Period:
(i) Three Hundred (300) of the Game Prizes available to be won consist of a Long John Silver’s Beach Ready Kit containing a beach tote bag, beach safe, flip flops and Ten Dollars ($10.00) worth of Long John Silver’s Gift Checks (“Gift Checks”), good towards purchases at any participating Long John Silver’s restaurant. (ARV: $37.50 each Game Prize);
(ii) Eight Hundred Twenty Five (825) of the Game Prizes available to be won consist of Ten Dollars ($10.00) worth of Gift Checks good towards purchases at any participating Long John Silver’s restaurant (ARV: $10.00 each Game Prize.)
Total ARV of all Game Prizes: $19,500.
During the period starting 2/9/09 at 12:00:01 A.M., ET and ending 2/23/09 at 11:59:59 P.M, ET, participants who have not won a Game Prize will receive a message informing them how to download and print out a coupon worth One Dollar ($1.00) towards the purchase of any Freshside Grille™ entrée. Coupon expires 5/8/09.
Sweepstakes :
(3): Caribbean Vacation: Each Periodic Sweepstakes Winner will receive a Caribbean Vacation (“Vacation”) for four people consisting of round trip coach airfare from the major airport closest to Winner’s residence; 5 days/4 nights’ hotel accommodations (1 standard room; quadruple occupancy) at the Frenchman’s Reef & Morning Star Beach Resort, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, U.S.A. (ARV: $5,000 each Prize, depending on city of origin and dates of travel.)
