Eligibility : Nominees” must be legal residents of the 48 continental United States and the District of Columbia who are 14 or older as of 1/15/10. “Nominators” must be legal residents of the 48 United States or the District of Columbia who are 21 years or older. Nominators can nominate themselves. A Nominator must have a Nominee’s permission to enter him/her into the contest. An eligible minor must have his/her parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to enter.
Promotion Period : Between 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 1/15/10 and 11:59 p.m. ET on 2/15/10 (the “Nomination Period”)
How To Enter : Access LindtGoldBunny.com and complete and submit a maximum of 500 word essay nomination and all additional required information by 11:59 p.m. ET on 2/15/10 describing how you or someone you know embodies an Unsung Hero of Autism (“entry” or “essay”).
Limit : Only one (1) entry per Nominator will be accepted.
Prize (s):
PRIZES (3): Each winner will receive: (i) a trip for two (2) people to New York, NY for three (3) days/ two (2) nights (the “Prize Trip”). The Prize Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to a major airport serving New York, NY (as determined by Sponsor) for winner and one (1) guest, two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room, double occupancy), ground transportation to/from airport/hotel, attendance at Lindt’s Unsung Heroes of Autism Event at the New York Palace Hotel (or similar hotel as determined by Sponsor) on 4/1/10; (ii) $5,000 awarded as a check; and (iii) a personal highlight with recognition on LindtGoldBunny.com. (Approximate Retail Value of each contest prize (“ARV”): $7,700.00).
