GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a Keep Life Delicious Ultimate Girlfriend Getaway vacation package to Miami, Florida, for the winner and up to three (3) guests (the “Package”). The Package includes: (i) round-trip coach air fare for Winner and guests from the major airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to Miami, FL (if Grand Prize Winner resides within 250 miles of Miami, FL, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air travel and no cash difference will be awarded); (ii) six (6) days and five (5) nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy; hotel to be selected by Sponsor); (iii) ground transportation to/from airport and hotel; (iv) a minimum of two (2) activities for Winner and guests (activities to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (v) $1,000, awarded in the form a check made out to Grand Prize Winner; (vi) three hundred and sixty-five (365) LEAN CUISINE® entrées (in the form of 365 VIP coupons, each good for 1 (one) free LEAN CUISINE® entrée, up to $3.79). FIRST PRIZES (1,000): One Thousand (1,000) First Prize Winners will each receive three (3) LEAN CUISINE® entrées, awarded in the form of 3 VIP coupons, each good for 1 (one) free LEAN CUISINE® entrée (up to $3.79). First Prize ARV $11.37 per winner; total ARV for all First Prizes is $11,370.00.
