Grand Prize: The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive round trip airfare and tickets for Winner and guest to the 2014 South Beach Comedy Festival. Winner and guest will receive a two night hotel stay in Miami.The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500).
Secondary Prize: The ten (10) Runners Up will receive a selection of Axe and Comedy Central consumer products (the “Secondary Prize”, and together with the Grand Prize, the “Prize” or “Prizes”).
