Eligibility :
Land Shark Flyaway Sweepstakes open to residents of the United States (except California) who are 21 years of age or older. Void where prohibited.

Timing :
Land Shark Flyaway Sweepstakes begins at 3:00 p.m. Central Time (CT) on November 10, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on January 31, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How to enter:
To enter, go to www.landsharklager.com (“Website”) and follow the online instructions to complete and submit an official online entry.  No other method of entry is acceptable.

Limit:
Limit one (1) entry per person/email address/household per week.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize (25): Trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend the Grand Opening of Jimmy Buffett’s at the Beachcomber restaurant in Honolulu, Hawaii.  Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from airport nearest winners home to Honolulu, HI), double-occupancy hotel accommodations for four (4) nights at the Ohana Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel, two (2) passes to attend a private Jimmy Buffett concert, a tour of the new Jimmy Buffett Surfing Museum, ground transportation to and from airport to hotel and meals.  Approximate Retail Value: $4,200.00 each.

First Prize (12; 1 per week):  Each winner will receive a Land Shark™ Prize Package.  Package includes: four (4) hats, four (4) beach towels, four (4) beach balls, one (1) 12-pack of bottle openers, two (2) rafts, one (1) 12-pack of coolies, one (1) 12-pack of leis, four (4) metal buckets, one (1) 7′ market umbrella, six (6) ladies tank tops, six (6) ladies knit tops, six (6) men’s t-shirts and one (1) surfboard.  ARV: $ 485.40 each.

$110,824.80
