Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) who are 18 or older at the time of entry
Promotion Period : The Jeannette Lee Black Widow in Las Vegas Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on November 24, 2009 at 12:00 AM CST and ends December 31, 2009 at 11:59 PM CST.

Limit : Limit one entry per person per day.

One (1) First Prize: One two-hour training session and dinner with Jeannette Lee in Las Vegas, Nevada. Value= $1,500 and round trip coach air transportation between major commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s home and Las Vegas, Nevada, hotel accommodations (double occupancy room and tax only) for two (2) nights at a hotel designated by Sponsor not to exceed $1,500. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,000.
One (1) Second Prize: One (1) McDermott Handcrafted Cue. ARV: $650.
Five (5) Third Prizes: Jeanette Lee Cue & Kit Combo. ARV: $125 each.
Twenty-five (25) Fourth Prizes: $25 Sears Gift Card. ARV: $25 each.
