How To Enter : To enter, visit the web site funnystorysweepstakes.com (the “Website”), and follow the instructions to complete the Sweepstakes entry form with the information requested.
Eligibility : Only legal U.S. residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry are eligible to enter.
Timing : The “It’s Kind of a Funny Story” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) starts approximately on September 23, 2010 and ends at approximately 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 25, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”).
Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person and/or household and/or e-mail address
Prize (s):
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of a trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to Brooklyn, New York, which consists of (i) round-trip coach airfare from FunJet for the Grand Prize winner and his or her guest between the major U.S. airport serviced by United Airlines or Delta Airlines that is nearest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence and an airport near Brooklyn, New York to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (airline to be selected by FunJet; $1,100 maximum value); (ii) two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize winner and his or her guest to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (one [1] standard room, double occupancy) ($500 maximum value); and (iii) $500 issued by check to Grand Prize winner for entertainment expenses (e.g., dining, city tour, ground transportation). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) and total maximum value of the Grand Prize is $2,100.
First Prize: Up to five (5) First Prizes are available. Each First Prize consists of one (1) Focus DVD prize pack, which consists of five (5) motion pictures in the DVD format to be selected by Focus in its sole discretion. The ARV of each First Prize is $100.
Second Prize: Up to ten (10) Second Prizes are available. Each Second Prize consists of one (1) soundtrack in the CD format of a Focus film to be selected by Focus in its sole discretion. The ARV of each Second Prize is $10.
