Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (excluding residents of Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions), who are 18 years of age or older and the age of majority in his/her state, province, or territory of residence at the time of entry.
Promotion Period : The Help Yourself Getaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) starts at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 8, 2010 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on August 8, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”).

There is a total of 1 prize to be awarded to 1 winner.
The approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of the prize is $3,200 and consists of a trip for winner and one (1) guest to Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort and Spa in Paradise Valley, AZ; roundtrip coach airfare for winner and guest within the Continental United States from a major airport closest to the winner’s hometown, as determined by the Sponsor within its sole and absolute discretion, to Phoenix, AZ; ground transportation to/from hotel; 2 nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy); 2 half-day spa treatments; and 2 personal training sessions.
