Eligibility : The Green & Black’s Live in the & Contest (“Contest”) is open to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia age 21 or older at time of entry.
Promotion Period : Entries must be received between 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 11, 2010 and 11:59 PM ET on April 30, 2010 (the “Contest Entry Period”).

One (1) Winner will dine at a restaurant employing a Chef selected as one of “Food & Wine Best New Chefs 2010” (“Prize”). Prize consists of: round-trip coach air transportation for Winner and one (1) travel companion to the destination city of the restaurant; three (3)-nights hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax only); and a dinner for two (2) valued at up to $300 at the restaurant employing the Chef selected by the winner. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Prize is $2,500
