How To Enter : To enter participants must log on to www.cnnpromos.com/petcentric (the “Website”) during the Promotional Period and complete and submit the online entry form

Grand Prize Winner will receive a five (5) day/four (4) night trip to New York, NY for two (2) people and an Eligible Pet, at an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $4,000.
Five (5) First Prize Winners will each receive their choice of a spafinder.com gift certificate or an American Express gift card to take their Eligible Pet to a spa at an ARV of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per First Prize. Total ARV of First Prizes: Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
