Eligibility : This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, except for residents of Alaska, Florida, Hawaii and New York who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Timing : The “Fly Away To The Hit And Run Premiere” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) commences at 12:01:01 PM (ET) on June 6, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on July 9, 2012 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner plus one guest to the Los Angeles, California premier of Open Road Film’s movie Hit and Run which is tentatively scheduled for August 16, 2012 which includes: (i) round trip economy class airfare for two (2) (Grand Prize Winner plus his/her guest) from a major commercial airport within the contiguous United States nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined solely by Sponsor) toLos Angeles, California (including any airport transfers), (ii) round trip ground transportation for two (2) (Grand Prize Winner plus his/her guest) to/from the airport and hotel (iii) two (2) night hotel accommodations for two (2) (Grand Prize Winner plus his/her guest) in Los Angeles, California which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included), (iv) two (2) tickets to the Hit and Run Premier (for Grand Prize Winner plus his/her guest).
