SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (EXCEPT RESIDENTS OF PUERTO RICO, ALL U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS AND OVERSEAS MILITARY INSTALLATIONS), THIRTEEN (13) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF ENTRY DATE. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Timing :
The Exciting Educational Excursion Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) starts at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 24, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on December 15, 2008 (“Entry Period”).

How to enter:
During the Entry Period, you may enter by logging onto http://www.ngpanda.com (the “Entry Site”) and following the Sweepstakes entry directions, providing your first and last name, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime telephone number (area code included), date of birth and e-mail address.

ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON, PER HOUSEHOLD ADDRESS, AND PER E-MAIL ADDRESS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Prize (s):

GRAND PRIZE (1): A trip for Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) travel companions to Washington D.C. Grand Prize consists of: roundtrip (“r/t”) coach-class air transportation (via airline carrier(s) selected by Sponsors or their designees) for four (4) between the major U.S. gateway city airport nearest Grand Prize winner’s home and a Washington D.C. area airport (to be determined by Sponsors), four (4) consecutive nights/five (5) days hotel accommodations (single room, quadruple occupancy) at a Washington D.C. area hotel selected by Sponsors (“Hotel”), a check in the amount of five hundred dollars $500, one (1) Nintendo DS for winner only, one (1) copy of the “National Geographic Panda” DS videogame for the winner only and a one (1) year subscription to National Geographic Kids magazine for the winner only. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of this prize is five thousand five hundred and twenty dollars and ninety-nine cents ($5,520.99)

FIRST PRIZE (10): Each First Prize consists of one (1) Nintendo DS and one (1) copy of the “National Geographic Panda” videogame (ARV one hundred sixty-nine dollars and ninety-nine cents ($169.99) each).

SECOND PRIZE (5): Each Second Prize consists of one (1) copy of the “National Geographic Panda” videogame and a one (1) year subscription to National Geographic Kids magazine (ARV forty-four dollars and ninety-nine cents ($44.99) each).
