Dollar General Ticket to the Indy 500 Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Dollar General Ticket to the Indy 500 Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of AL, AR, AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI or WV who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Timing :
TICKET TO THE INDY 500 SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT 12:00:00 A.M. (MIDNIGHT) CENTRAL TIME (“CT”) ON APRIL 11, 2009 AND ENDS AT 11:59:59 P.M. CT ON MAY 10, 2009 (“SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD”).

How to enter:
Go to www.dollargeneral.com (“Web Site”) and click on the Sweepstakes icon, banner or text link which will take you to the Sweepstakes page. Follow the on-screen instructions to properly complete and submit an online entry.

Limit:
Five (5) entries per person/email address/phone number per Day for all methods of entry combined.

Prize (s):

Grand Prizes (10): consisting of a trip for winner and winner’s guest to the Indianapolis 500® Mile Race scheduled to take place on May 24, 2009 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s United States’ home), one (1) night double-occupancy hotel accommodations, ground transportation in Indiananpolis, two (2) tickets to the race, $150 per-person cash stipend as a meal allowance for the weekend, and a meet and greet session with Sarah Fisher (subject to availability) prior to the race. Ground transportation within Indianapolis will be provided for approved, prize-related transportation between airport, hotel accommodations and race venue not to exceed a 48-hour period. An additional night of double-occupancy hotel accommodations may be provided to winner, as solely determined by Sponsor, dependent upon winner’s residence and the available departure/arrival times as offered by the airlines to ensure winner and guest have ample time to attend the race. Travel and accommodations, and race are subject to availability and change. Ground transportation and meals (other than stated above), gratuities, luggage fees and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Seating assignments at the race are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Actual value depends on city/day/time of departure. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $2,500.00 each.

First Prizes (30 total, 1 per Day during the Sweepstakes Period): consisting of a $100.00 Dollar General gift card. Winner must comply with all of the terms and conditions as stated on the gift card. ARV $100.00 each.
