DISH Network Dora the Explorer Sweepstakes

Eligibility : DISH Network Dora the Explorer Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and a DISH Network customer on or before August 31, 2009.

Promotion Period : The DISH Network Dora the Explorer Sweepstakes consists of two (2) phases (each a “Promotion Phase”), the dates of which are outlined in the chart below (combined as the “Promotion Period”):

Limit : Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period regardless of method of entry.

PHASE 1: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Trip for four (4) to Los Angeles, CA to attend the 2010 Kids’ Choice Awards. TWO (2) FIRST PRIZES: Nick Hotel Vacation package for four (4). Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Orlando, FL; three (3) nights’ accommodations at the Nickelodeon Family Suites by Holiday Inn in Orlando, FL (single room, quad occupancy); ground transportation for four (4) to/from airport and hotel; four (4) passes to Universal Studios Theme Park; a Nickelodeon goodie bag room drop (specific items included in goodie bag determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and $500 spending money to be used during trip dates. ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY (1,750) THIRD PRIZES: A “Dora the Explorer” plush doll. ARV: $5.95.

PHASE 2: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Trip for four (4) to New York, NY to record a voice-over to be used for on an upcoming “Dora the Explorer” episode. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York, NY; three (3) nights’ accommodations at the Doubletree Guest Suites Times Square in New York (single room, quad occupancy); ground transportation for four (4) to/from airport and hotel including a meet and greet service; daily breakfast for four (4) in the hotel restaurant; $500 spending money to be used during trip dates; voice over role on an upcoming “Dora the Explorer” episode; autographed animation cell from a “Dora The Explorer” animator; four (4) tickets to the Hop-On Hop-Off double-decker bus tour; four (4) tickets to the Kids Central Park Zoo Tour; dinner for four (4) at Mars 2112 (specific amount of voucher determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); tickets for four (4) to Gazillion Bubbles Show on Broadway with a dinner voucher; two (2) kids plane travel kits (specific items included in travel kit determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and a document case including day-by-day itinerary, tourist information, all applicable vouchers for tours, activities, hotel and transportation information.
