Eligibility : Discover Education’s Teachers Only Costa Rica Trip Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is offered only in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“U.S.”) and is open only to legal U.S. residents who are 21 years of age and older and who are employed, during the Term of the Sweepstakes and when prize is awarded, at accredited public, private or parochial schools in the United States that are organized and primarily operated for educational purposes, containing any class with students from Grade 5 through Grade 12, and being considered tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Tax Code or being registered as a public school with the National Center for Educational Statistics.
Timing : The Sweepstakes begins at 5:00:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 14, 2011 and ends at 5:00:00 PM ET on April 15, 2011 (the “Term”).
