Eligibility : The DiGiorno Win a Trip to the Sheraton Hawai’i Bowl Game Instant Win Game (“Game”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of 10/15/09.

Promotion Period : Between 12:00:00 pm (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) on 10/15/09 and 11:59:59 am ET on 1/15/10 (“Promotion Period”)

How To Enter : Visit www.ESPN.com/DiGiorno, complete the ESPN.com member sign-in, and follow the instructions provided to fully complete and submit the registration form

Limit : Limit of one (1) game play per person and per email address per day.

Prize (s):

Two (2) Grand Prizes: A trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend the Sheraton Hawai’i Bowl Game in December 2010. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the U.S. to Hawai’i, 3-night standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one room) and ground transfers to/from the airport/hotel/game. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,500.

Three (3) First Prizes: 52″ HDTVs. ARV: $1,500. Total First Prize ARV: $4,500.

Twenty (20) Second Prizes: One (1) year of DiGiorno pizza to be awarded as twenty-four (24) coupons, each in the amount of $7.52. ARV: $180.45.
