Dannon Danimals Video Promotion

Eligibility : The Dannon Danimals Video Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 15 years of age or younger

Promotion Period : Dannon Danimals Video Promotion begins on 4/6/09 at 12:01:00 a.m. Local Time (“LT”) and is scheduled to end on 6/28/09 at 11:59:59 p.m. LT (or when supplies of the code are exhausted, whichever occurs first) (“Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : Once you have obtained a Promotion code, access www.danimals.com, if you are under 13 you must provide your parent’s or legal guardian’s email address, and follow the on-screen instructions to upload  p to a 90 second video demonstrating “How Dannon Danimals Takes Your Day from Ordinary to Extraordinary” (collectively, with registration form, the “Entry”).

Limit : Limit one (1) successful upload entry per person, per email address per Promotion code per day during the Contest Entry Period.

Prize (s):

FINALIST PRIZES (10): A video recorder. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100 each.

CONTEST GRAND PRIZE (1): [a] A trip for four (4) people (winner and up to three (3) guests) to Los Angeles, CA for four (4) days/ three (3) nights (“Prize Trip”). Prize Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from
major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Los Angeles, California for winner and up to three (3) guests, three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room, quadruple occupancy), a meet and greet with Dylan and Cole, ground transportation to/from airport/hotel, car service to/from hotel/meet and greet with Dylan and Cole (subject to availability); [b] $10,000 cash (awarded as a check in the name of the winner); and [c] winner’s video will be posted on-line with a special introduction from Dylan and Cole.
