Eligibility : The Dannon Danimals Extraordinary Caribbean Vacation Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia

Promotion Period : Dannon Danimals Extraordinary Caribbean Vacation Sweepstakes begins on or about 7/1/09 and is scheduled to end 10/31/09 or upon distribution of all game pieces, whichever is sooner (the “Game Period”).

How To Enter : During the Game Period, game pieces can be found under the over wraps of specially marked DANNON® Danimals® Smoothies and Crush Cups™ products, while supplies of promotional products last. To play, open the carton overwrap carefully on participating Danimals products and look underneath to see if you are a winner. If game piece reveals you are a winner, you win the prize indicated, subject to verification and validation of the game piece, your eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

Prize (s):

Five (5) Grand Prizes: Each winner will receive: a seven (7) day/six (6) night Caribbean vacation for up to four (4) people (“Prize Trip”). Winner will choose exact location of Caribbean location from a list of locations provided by Sponsor. Prize Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to destination for winner and up to three (3) guests, six (6) nights standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, quadruple occupancy), ground transportation to/from airport/hotel, and $500 to be awarded for the winner only. $500 will be awarded as a check and is to be used towards the cost of food, incidentals or activities during the trip. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $8,100 each.
