Eligibility : Only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, are eligible to enter.
Promotion Period :Â The Damages Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on February 11, 2009, at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 31, 2009, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s):
One Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize Winner (the “Winner”) will receive a trip for two (2) to Peninsula Papagayo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Trip includes round-trip First Class airfare, or highest class available on selected flight, for Winner and one (1) Guest (the “Guest”) from the major commercial airport nearest Winner’s residence to Liberia, Costa Rica: round-trip airport transfers; five (5) nights hotel accommodations in a hotel of Sponsor’s choice; one (1) elegant dinner for two (2), meal not to exceed Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00); one (1) Five Thousand Dollar ($5,000.00) gift card for Winner to a store of Winner’s choice and a Five Thousand Dollar ($5,000.00) hotel credit that may be used between both Winner and Guest.
