Contadina Tuscan Sweepstakes Rules

Eligibility : To enter and be eligible to win, you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States or Washington, D.C., be 18 years of age or older, and have a valid email address.

Promotion Period : Starts October 1, 2009 at 9:00:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends November 30, 2009 at 11:59:59 PM CT (the “Promotion Period).

How To Enter : To enter, during the Promotion Period, visit www.contadina.com, read and accept these Official Rules and follow the instructions to register and enter the Promotion.

Limit : one (1) sweepstakes entry per person and per email address per calendar day.

Prize (s):

SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE: There is one (1) Grand Prize, consisting of USD $100,000.00 (one hundred thousand US Dollars) (awarded as a check). Grand Prize will not be awarded if the “Entrant’s Chosen Recipe” does not exactly match the “Winning Recipe”.

TRIP PRIZE: There is one (1) Trip Prize, consisting of one (1) trip to Montifollonica, Italy. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for four (4) (Winner and up to three (3) guests) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Winner’s home within the U.S., (airport, carrier and airline ticket class selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor), two (2) double occupancy standard accommodations (two (2) rooms) for six (6) nights and seven ((7) days at Hotel La Costa (or similar hotel), ground transportation between the airport to the hotel, and $1,000.00 USD spending money for the Winner only (awarded as a check ). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $21,800.00 USD

Total ARV of all prizes:
$121,800.00

Winners : For the name of the Winner (available after January 30, 2010), send a self-addressed postage stamped envelope to: “Contadina Tuscan Sweepstakes Promotion – Winner’s Name”, P.O. BOX 1251, South Bend, IN 46624-1251 to be received by December 31, 2009. Winner’s name will be sent after the prize has been awarded.
