Promotion Period : The Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs SPLAT! Instant Win & Sweepstakes starts at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on 8/6/09 and ends at 3:00 p.m. PT on 9/21/09 (the “Promotion Period”).
How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, individuals interested in participating in the Sweepstakes only or in the Promotion (which includes both the Sweepstakes and the Game) may enter by (i) logging onto www.cloudywithachanceofmeatballs.com (the “Promotion Site”), (ii) when prompted, providing their first and last name, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime telephone number (including area code), date of birth, gender, and e-mail address, and (iii) after providing the required information, clicking on the “SUBMIT” button. An “Entry” takes place after the entrant clicks on the “SUBMIT” button after providing the required information detailed above.

SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE (one Grand Prize will be awarded in this Promotion):
The Grand Prize consists of a trip (“Trip”) for a family of four (4) (specifically consisting of two adults and two children, one of whom must be the eligible Grand Prize Winner) to Sunset Beach Resort & Spa in Jamaica (“Hotel”). The Trip includes the following: (i) roundtrip (“R/T”) economy (coach) class airfare for four (4) from the Air Jamaica US gateway airport located nearest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to an airport in Jamaica selected by Sponsor or its designee (in the event that the winner’s residence is greater than 150 miles from the Air Jamaica US gateway airport nearest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor), R/T domestic economy (coach) class airfare will be provided between the major US gateway city airport nearest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) and such Air Jamaica US gateway airport (as determined by Sponsor); (ii) four (4) consecutive nights accommodations (single standard room, quadruple occupancy; room and room tax only) at the Hotel (awarded in the form of a Hotel prize certificate); and (iii) daily Hotel provided meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner meals provided as either buffet or a la carte restaurant service during regular Hotel restaurant business hours). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $5,840.00.
