Eligibility : The Cloudy DVD Release Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are 13 years of age or older and located in the U.S. or Canada at the time of entry.
Promotion Period : The Cloudy DVD Release Sweepstakes begins at 12:00.00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 24, 2009 and ends at 11:59.59 p.m. ET on January 31, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”).
