Once the entrant has reached the registration page, the entrant must then complete the official online entry form in its entirety, which may include without limitation, your full name, complete address (including city, state, zip code), e-mail address, selection of entrant’s favorite Big Ten Conference team, and selection of entrant’s current cable provider (if any).

- There is a limit of one entry per person, per e-mail address, per day, per CP Sweepstakes throughout the entire Promotion Period.
