Eligibility :
The Real Men of Genius Promotion (“Promotion“) is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of the state of California) and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of 6/5/08. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of ESPN/Starwave Partners d/b/a ESPN Internet Venture (“Sponsor“), Anheuser-Busch, Inc. (“Presenter“) and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion/fulfillment agencies, anyone else connected with the production and distribution of this Promotion (hereafter “Released Parties”) wholesale distributors, retail licensees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Promotion is void in the State of California where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes begins between 12:00PM Eastern Time (“ET“) on 6/5/08 and 12:00PM ET on 6/25/08 (“Promotion Period“).
How to Enter :
Visit www.ESPN.com between 12:00PM Eastern Time (“ET“) on 6/5/08 and 12:00PM ET on 6/25/08 (“Promotion Period“), search for keywords “Bud Light” and fully complete and submit the online entry form, following the directions provided. All entries must: 1) Include a unique Real Men of Genius mock tribute (in English); 2) Be 25 words or less in the text box portion of the entry form; 3) Be your original work; 4) Not have won previous awards; 5) Not have been previously published; 6) Not infringe on any third-party rights; 7) Be suitable for publication as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, Presenter and/or judges and comply with the Beer Institute Advertising and Marketing Code at: Here. 8) Not encourage underage drinking, drunkenness, drinking and driving, or other irresponsible or illegal behavior; 9) Not contain religion or religious themes; 10) Not contain nudity, pornography or obscenity; 11) Not contain profanity, racism or sexism; and 12) Not contain other brands’ names, labels or logos. Obscene, offensive, or sexually inappropriate entries, including, without limitation, those depicting violence, nudity, or sexually explicit activity, or entries which depict illegal activity, reckless or over consumption of alcohol beverages, as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the judges, will not be considered. Modification of an existing work does not qualify as original. In order to be entered into the Promotion, contestants must comply with registration instructions. The entry must be complete and meet all criteria set forth in these Official Rules to be eligible. Once submitted, an entry cannot be deleted, canceled, or modified. All entries submitted and all rights and interest thereto, including copyrights and derivative works and concepts or ideas depicted therein, become the sole property of Presenter, may be used by Sponsor and/or Presenter for any purpose and in any media whatsoever (without further compensation or review), and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor and/or Presenter reserve the right to alter, modify, or distort any submitted entry/tribute.
Limit:
Limit one (1) entry per person or valid e-mail address per week for the duration of the Promotion Period. Additional entries from any one person or e-mail address will be void.
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: A Bud Light Party Cruise for winner and one guest for $174 per person (or for $348 for winner only, if winner chooses not to take a guest). Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation from gateway city nearest winner’s residence to city of port (Cape Canaveral or Miami, as determined at Presenter’s sole discretion), transfers to/from ship and airport, standard double-occupancy ship accommodations for three (3) nights (unless winner chooses not to take a guest, in which case winner will have the entire cabin), all inclusive food, beverages and gratuities on board the ship and admission to a private concert for winner and one guest. Travel expected to occur between 10/31/08 and 11/3/08.
