Eligibility : Be Justin Bieber’s Valentine Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Be Justin Bieber’s Valentine Sweepstakes begins on December 17, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on February 7, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit http://1800flowers.promo.eprize.com/justinbiebersweeps and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration

Limit : Each participant may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A meet and greet with Justin Bieber for winner and one (1) guest. Justin will bring a bouquet of flowers for the winner. Winner’s guest must be between the ages of six (6) and twenty-five (25). All details of meet and greet, including but not limited to date, time and location will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to select a meet and greet location in, or
near winner’s hometown. If winner’s guest is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence and not a ward of the winner, Sponsor will need written permission from the guest’s parent/legal guardian permitting guest to participate, along with a publicity/liability release. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $3,000.

TWENTY-SEVEN (27) FIRST PRIZES: A Justin Bieber bouquet from 1-800-Flowers. ARV: $75.

TWENTY-SIX (26) SECOND PRIZES: Justin Bieber merchandise (merchandise selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $50.

Total ARV of all prizes:
$6,325

Winners : Winner List requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date (listed above) and no later than May 7, 2010. For the Winner List, visit the promotion website, complete the form at the bottom of the FAQ, and select “Request a list of winners” in the drop down.

  6. I am inspired by Justin Bieber. his music has helped me to cope with alot of hard things that have recently happened to me. A month ago, my mother was killed in a robery. she tried to defend herself but they shot her. Justin Bieber’s song “where are you now” really explained what i was going through.
