This is crazy. Hours have been waisted trying to enter my granddaughters codes (6 total this Christmas). After going in and out of way to many sites we will end with this one. She is so upset that we will not be getting her more dolls for her birthday in January. This is a childs toy and she should be able to register with ease. If this is not just another scam that some sick individual created to upset small children please let us know. There are others in our group that got Barbies for their children that are having the same problem with registration of codes. This could cost you more than you think.
