AT&T 17 Again Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The AT&T 17 Again Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (Void in Puerto Rico), who are at least thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Timing :
The AT&T 17 Again Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on or about 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 12, 2009, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on April 6, 2009 (“Entry Period”)

Prize (s):

Two (2) “Grand Prizes” will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of a trip for the eligible Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, CA (“L.A.”) to attend the “17 Again” (“Picture”) premiere scheduled for April 14, 2009 (the “Premiere”). The Grand Prize consists of: (i) round-trip economy (coach) class airfare for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest from a major U.S. gateway airport on a carrier selected by Sponsor near the Grand Prize winner’s hometown to L.A., as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (ii) two (2) consecutive night hotel accommodations (single standard room – double occupancy; room and room tax only) at a hotel in or near L.A.; (iii) ground transportation to and from the airport/hotel and Premiere (all details to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and (iv) two (2) tickets to the Premiere Screening (all details to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $2,000.00.

Five (5) “First Prizes,” five (5) “Second Prizes” and twenty (20) “Third Prizes” will be awarded in this Sweepstakes.
The First Prize consists of an autographed AT&T phone (ARV: $75.00 each).
The Second Prize consists of an autographed Picture basketball (ARV: $40.00 each).
The Third Prize consists of either an autographed Picture poster (ARV: $20.00 each) or a Picture soundtrack (ARV: $20.00 each), to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Total ARV of all prizes:
$4,975
