Once you entered your email address, you’ll be encouraged to register by completing and submitting the registration form as directed. Once registered, you will be able to submit your entry for a chance to win.
Next, enter a brief description of your resolution and upload a photo showing us how you plan to stay happy, healthy, and hydrated in 2015. Be sure to incorporate that all-important wellness ingredient: a refreshing bottle of Aquafina or glass of water. Once your submission is approved, you will receive one entry into the sweepstakes. All entries must be submitted by February 22, 2015 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET to be eligible to win.
You may enter once per day and earn a maximum total number of fifty six (56) entries during the entire sweepstakes period.
