How To Enter : During the applicable Entry Period, visit AMCdead.com (the “Promotional Site”), follow the instructions to complete all required information on the registration form, provide the correct applicable Entry Period’s Code Words (approximately three (3) words), and submit the online entry form (hereinafter an “entry”).

Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and Canada (excluding Quebec), (the “Eligible Jurisdictions”) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of their entry and who have access to the internet and AMC Channel prior to learning of this Sweepstakes.

Timing : DEAD GIVEAWAY / The Survive And Drive Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:50:01 pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on 10/14/12 and ends at 5:59:59 am ET on 12/03/12 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit :  There is a limit of one (1) entry, per person, regardless of email address used, per Entry Period.

Prize (s):

Weekly Prizes: Eight (8) Weekly Prizes will be awarded throughout the Sweepstakes Period (one (1) per Entry Period). Each Weekly Prize winner, once confirmed as detailed below, will receive the opportunity to be featured in an exclusive, special appearance in AMC’s The Walking Dead video game by Activision (the “Game”). The ARV of each Weekly Prize is zero dollars ($0.00), as each has no retail value.

” Grand Prize”: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize winner, once confirmed as detailed below, will receive the 2011 Hyundai Tucson (“Vehicle”) that has been used in various episodes of AMC’s The Walking Dead, along with one (1) check for five thousand dollars ($5,000), which can be used toward the tax liability on the Grand Prize, if the Grand Prize winner should so wish. The total ARV of the Grand Prize is twenty thousand dollars ($20,000).
