Cartoon Network Transformers Revenge of the Fallen Toys Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Cartoon Network Transformers Revenge of the Fallen Toys Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least four (4) years of age and no older than seventeen (17) years of age on date of entry.

Promotion Period : Participants may enter the Cartoon Network Transformers Revenge of the Fallen Toys Sweepstakes from 7:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) until 11:59:59 p.m. PT beginning June 8, 2009 until June 21, 2009 (the “Entry Period”).

How To Enter : To enter the Cartoon Network Transformers Revenge of the Fallen Toys Sweepstakes, participants must log on to www.cartoonnetwork.com/shia during the Entry Period and follow the directions to enter and submit participant’s email address.

Limit :  one (1) entry per person, e-mail address and household per calendar day.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Two Hundred Eighty-Two Dollars and Eighty-Seven Cents ($282.87).

Two Hundred Fifty (250) Second Prize Winners will each receive one (1) Deluxe Hasbro Transformers action figure, at an ARV of twelve dollars and ninety-nine cents ($12.99) per Second Prize Winner.
