Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States. Void in Puerto Rico, other United States territories, outside the 50 United States, and where prohibited or restricted by law. To be eligible, entrant must be at least thirteen (13) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor, RED, Decaydance Records, MTV, their immediate family members and those living in the same household, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies, officers, directors, contractors and agents (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”) are not eligible. Timing :
The Win a Trip to the MTV Video Music Awards with Tyga (“Sweepstakes”) starts at 9:00 am (EDT) on July 31, 2008 and ends* at 11:59 pm (EDT) on August 23, 2008 (the “Entry Period”).
How to enter:
During the Entry Period, you may enter the Sweepstakes via the Internet. Go to the “Win a Trip to the MTV Video Music Awards with TYGA” section at the Wet Seal website at www.wetseal.com (the “Entry Site”) and follow the directions on how to enter. You will be asked to provide your name, address, telephone number, date of birth and e-mail address. Entries will be disqualified if they contain any inappropriate material or language, including profanity. Automated entry attempts will be rejected and may result in disqualification. You may also text VMAVIP to 26220 if you are an AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, or Verizon Wireless subscriber with compatible phones. Must be at least 13 years old and have bill payer’s permission. Prize (s):
There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded. The Grand Prize shall include two (2)* coach class airline tickets for winner and one (1) guest (*If under age 18, one (1) additional coach class airline ticket will be provided for winner’s parent or legal guardian) to Los Angeles, California, one (1) hotel room for two (2) nights at a hotel in or near Los Angeles, California, ground transportation to and from, and admission to the taping of the MTV Video Music Awards where winner will walk the red carpet with Decaydance recording artist, Tyga.
