Eligibility :
This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. VOID IN ALASKA AND HAWAII. Entrants must be at least 14 years of age or older at time of entry. Entrants who have not reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside will be required to obtain parental or legal guardian consent to be eligible to be declared a winner. Employees and their immediate families (i.e., parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings) of MTV Networks, a division of Viacom International Inc. (”MTVN”), and MTVN’s licensors, prize suppliers, sponsors, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and third party fulfillment agencies, and the affiliates of each of the foregoing entities (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and any person who has won an MTVN contest or sweepstakes in the preceding twelve (12) month period, are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants: (a) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the interpretations of these Official Rules by MTVN , and by the decisions of MTVN which are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; (b) release from liability, indemnify, defend and hold harmless each of the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns, against any and all claims, injury or damage arising out of or relating to such entrant’s participation or inability to participate in this Sweepstakes and/or use or misuse, or redemption of or inability to redeem a prize; and (c) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules.

Timing :
“My Premiere Makeover Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) commences at 5:00:01 PM (ET) on July 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 AM (ET) on July 31, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
How to Enter :
Log on to http:\\housebunny.mtv.com, a web site owned and controlled by MTVN (the “Web Site”), at any time during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the online instructions to complete all required fields on the online entry form. Entrants must also electronically acknowledge and agree to the terms of MTVN’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and submit the online entry form as instructed. All entries submitted in accordance with these Official Rules shall be hereinafter referred to as the “Eligible Entries.”

Limit one (1) entry per person.

Prize (s):
Grand Prize: Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Guest to Los Angeles, CA to attend The Hills Premiere Party and the House Bunny Premiere and After Party (the “Events”) currently scheduled to take place on two (2) separate nights some time between August 17, 2008 and August 21, 2008. Grand Prize Winner must travel be available to travel from August 17, 2008 until August 21, 2008 or at such other dates as MTVN determines. If Grand Prize Winner cannot travel on dates specified by MTVN, Grand Prize Winner will forfeit all rights to the Grand Prize. MTVN is not responsible if potential Grand Prize Winner is unable or unavailable to accept Grand Prize. The trip will include: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of MTVN’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by MTVN) to Los Angeles, California (MTVN reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Los Angeles, California); (ii) round trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (to be taken together) between airport and hotel in Los Angeles, California, and between hotel and Events; (iii) four (4) nights standard hotel accommodations in Los Angeles, California for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be a single room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iv) two (2) tickets to attend The Hills Premiere Party and two (2) tickets to attend the House Bunny Premiere and After Party; and (v) two (2) makeover packages including hair and makeup at a salon for Grand Prize Winner, and one (1) outfit for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest (salon and outfit to be selected in MTVN’s sole discretion) to be used by Grand Prize Winner and Guest (collectively the “Grand Prize”).
